Where Are We
Hidden away on the London / Kent border, our beautiful secret garden is easily accessible by public transport (and with an Oyster Card).
The exact location will only be sent to ticket holders a few weeks before the festival.
When can you arrive
Gates for entry will be open...
FRIDAY: 4pm - 10pm
SATURDAY: 10am - 10 pm
SUNDAY: No entry but the party will run till 5pm. Site Closes at 8pm
Please make sure you arrive between these time or you will not be able to get onsite.
FAQ's
Q. Is camping included with a weekend ticket?

Yes. Our cosy campsite is located within the festival grounds and a weekend ticket entitles you to a two night stay. We don't supply tents though, so please bring your own!
Q. Can I bring my own alcohol?

Sorry, no alcohol can be bought on site, including the campsite. A percentage of the bar profit will be donated to the charity, and prices will be very reasonable!
Q.Are the workshops/ activities included in the ticket price? What is extra?

All activities apart from the hot tubs, massage and face painting are included in the ticket price.
Q.How do we book hot tubs?

Book your Hot Tubs from the ‘SOAK’ reception onsite.
Q. Do I just bring a printout of my ticket to gain entry?

As part of our movement to be as green as possible this year we ask that you avoid bringing a print out if possible and show us your ticket barcode on your phone.
Q. If I have a day ticket what time do I have to be off site on the Saturday?

We ask that all day ticket holders are offsite by 10pm. Day ticket holders will not be able to gain entry to our late night venue, The Enchanted Forest Nightclub.
Q. Why can’t kids stay over?

The venue is only licensed for under 18s until 10pm and only on Saturday… and we want the adults to have fun!
Q. Can I get a refund on tickets?

I’m afraid tickets are non-refundable.
Q. Can I bring a gazebo?

Yes
Q. Can we bring dogs on site?

No, except guide dogs. Please inform us if you need to bring a guide dog.
Q. Is there accessible access to site?

Yes, if you have specific needs please get in touch and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Q. Will there be baby changing facilities?

Yes
Q. Can we have fires in campsite?

No, although there will be one main festival campfire on site
Q. Can I go back to the carpark to get more stuff after I have entered?

Yes, you will be searched each time you enter the festival
Q. Can I drive offsite during the festival?

You will be able to leave site whenever you like but you will not be able to get back onsite after gates close at 10pm.
Q. Will there be places to fill up my water bottle?

Q. How many people will be at the festival?

We’re keeping the even nice and intimate 500 people
Q. What will the drinks at the bar be like?

Beer, ale, cider and cocktails, spirits, wine and prosecco will be available.
Q. Will I be able to get cash back at the bar?

Q. Will cigarettes be on sale?

Yes, at the bar
Q. Will there be toilets and showers?

The festival site has a toilet block with proper flushing facilities. Simple outdoor showers will be available (for free) by the pool area - although they are cold!
Q. Will there be somewhere to charge my phone?

Yes, in the Wonderland Cafe (unattended phones left at your own risk!)
Q. Is there parking?

Yes but you will need a parking pass, purchase these from the ticket website.
Q. Is Glamping available?

There is no Glamping option.
Q. How many children per adult can we bring?

Two
Q. Will campervans be allowed?

No, sorry no campervans. You can still drive your camper up and park in the car park but you will need to stay in the campsite with a tent. You will not be able to get back into the festival from the carpark after the gates close (10pm)
Q. Will we be searched on entry?

Yes, between the car park and festival site.
